1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TaskSwift ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
TaskSwift is an online platform that connects individuals ("Workers" or "Users") with micro-jobs and tasks that can be completed remotely. We facilitate the connection between task providers and workers, providing instant payment upon task completion and verification.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use TaskSwift
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- You must have legal authorization to work in your country of residence
- You are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations
4. User Registration and Account
- You must create an account to access TaskSwift services (Via Mailing))
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- TaskSwift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
5. Task Completion and Quality Standards
- All tasks must be completed according to the specified requirements and deadlines
- Work submitted must be original and not violate any intellectual property rights
- TaskSwift reserves the right to reject work that does not meet quality standards
- Workers may be required to revise or redo work that is deemed unsatisfactory
6. Payment Terms and Processing Fees
Important Payment Policy:
- TaskSwift provides instant payment upon task completion and verification although payment are not controlled by TaskSwift but by 3rd Party associates who provides the task/jobs.
- All payment processing fees, transaction charges, and applicable tariffs are the responsibility of the Worker (employee) and will be settled by the worker before release
- Payment processing fees typically range from 9-25% depending on the chosen payment method (PayPal, Cash App, Gift Cards, etc.) and task associated with it.
- The final payment amount received by the Worker will be the the complete task payment paid by third party associates
- Workers acknowledge and accept that these deductions are necessary for payment processing and platform maintenance
Payment Methods and Associated Fees:
- PayPal: Standard PayPal processing fees apply with an additional percentage for TaskSwift
- Cash App: Cash App transfer fees apply with an additional percentage for TaskSwift
- Gift Cards: Activation processing fees apply
- Other methods: Fees vary by payment provider
7. Platform Fees and Commissions
- TaskSwift may charge platform fees or commissions on completed tasks
- All fees may or may not be disclosed before task acceptance
- Fees are subject to change with 30 days written notice
8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Engage in plagiarism or submit work that violates intellectual property rights
- Attempt to circumvent TaskSwift's payment or verification systems
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or TaskSwift staff
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- Workers retain ownership of original content they create
- By submitting work, Users grant TaskSwift a license to use, modify, and distribute the work as necessary for platform operations
- Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others
- TaskSwift respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA notices
10. Data Privacy and Protection
- TaskSwift collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data
- Users consent to the collection and processing of their data as described in our Privacy Policy
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement and analytics
11. Task Verification and Disputes
- All completed tasks are subject to verification by TaskSwift or task providers
- Payment is released only after successful verification
- Disputes regarding task completion or payment must be reported within 7 days
- TaskSwift will mediate disputes fairly but reserves final decision-making authority
12. Account Suspension and Termination
TaskSwift reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- Withhold payments for suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Remove users who consistently submit poor-quality work
- Terminate the service at any time with reasonable notice
Acknowledgment
By registering for TaskSwift, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You also acknowledge that you understand the payment fee structure and accept responsibility for all processing fees and tariffs associated with your chosen payment method.
